All client information is confidential bound by standard practices in Jersey Law. 

All of our practitioners are fully insured.

Cancellation and rebooking policy:  Should a client wish to cancel or rebook an appointment the client is required to contact BodySync Jersey at least 24 hours prior to the start of the appointment. Should the client fail to do this then they will be liable for the full cost of the appointment at the discretion of BodySync Jersey.

 

Our preferred method of notification for cancellations and rebooking is by text to 07797744239 however you may also contact us by e-mail at agnes@bodysync.je or call the above number.

Lateness Policy: Clients should turn up a few minutes before the start of an appointment. Should the client be late the member of staff conducting the session will wait for 15 minutes from the start of the appointment. Any arrival time after this, where the client has not been in touch with the member of staff conducting the session, will be counted as a cancellation of session within 24 hours and subject to the applicable rules.

Should a client be late for an appointment then their expectation should be for the session to terminate at the end of the allotted appointment.  Where possible to do so BodySync will attempt to give the client the full duration of their booked session but any additional time added on to the end of the appointment is an "act of goodwill" by BodySync and at the discretion of the BodySync member of staff.

The client will be liable for the full cost of the appointment at the discretion of BodySync Jersey.

If a client is going to be late for an appointment then they must phone or text 07797744239 before 15 minutes of time has passed since the start of the booked session.

Cash Refunds are at the discretion of Bodysync Jersey. Vouchers and pre paid sessions are interchangeable with any of the services provided by BodySync Jersey up to the value of the voucher. Should any of the  sessions be used or there be any breeches in BodySync terms and conditions then the voucher value will be adjusted accordingly. 

Protect your gift card and treat it as cash; lost, stolen or damaged cards will only be replaced at the discretion of BodySync Jersey.

Vouchers are valid for a maximum of 12 months from the first session booked unless an alternative period is stated on the voucher.

No change or cash refunds will be given on vouchers, but any balance remaining on the voucher may be applied to future purchases provided the voucher is still valid.

BodySync vouchers can be redeemed at BodySync as part or full payment for goods or services.
