At present we offer Sports, Swedish and Hot stone massages at our massage room located at Bond Street Health, 2nd Floor, 7 Bond Street, St Helier and we now can offer bespoke corporate chair, sports and Swedish massage at your offices.

Swedish massage is known for its long, flowing strokes that gently work the muscle and soft tissues, with pressure ranging from light to firm based on your preferences. It's widely regarded as one of the most soothing and relaxing massage styles.
We're also excited to now offer an 80-minute Relaxing Hot Stones Massage - the perfect way to melt away tension and unwind.
Sports massage is a deep tissue treatment designed to target muscle tension, release tight fascia, and improve mobility. It works remedially to relieve discomfort, enhance recovery, and restore function.

We now can also include the use of Hot stones and dry needling during a 60 minute sports massage session.
