At present we offer Sports and Swedish Massages at our massage room located at Kalimukti Yoga Studio, 2nd Floor, 31 The Parade, St Helier, JE2 3QQ and Route Orange in St. Brelade or, for an additional charge, in the comfort of your own home. Yoga sessions can also be arranged at your home on a one to one basis or for couples.

How can we help you?
We offer 60 or 90 minute full body Swedish massages. Swedish massage typically involves long, fluid strokes of muscles and tissues with pressure that varies from light to medium to firm. This type of massage is considered to be one of the most relaxing styles.

We offer 60 or 90 minute appointments. Sports massage is a deep tissue massage that aims to massage and manipulate the muscles, stretch out the fascia, and work remedially to ease tightness and restrictions.
